Victor Minerva, AICP, PP, has been promoted to Director of Connecticut Operations for the Urbitran Group. With great sadness, we report the passing of Linda Osten, AICP, in late December, 2007, at the age of 49. Linda worked since 1996 as Principal Planner for the Capitol Region Council of Governments in Hartford and, in March of 2007, became Chief Operating Officer at the Mutual Housing Association of Greater Hartford.
